1. Participant(s) will login to Linkedin Learning Platform using their Library Card

2. Complete all classes listed below

1. Learning Linkedin 

2. How to Organize Your Time and Your Life

3. Skilled Trades: Construction Apprenticeship Foundations

4. Skilled Trades: Resumes and Portfolios

5. Skilled Trades: Interviews

6. How to Rock an Interview

7. Business Etiquette: Phone, Email, and Text

8. Customer Service: Handling Abusive Customers

9. The Cure for Impostor Syndrome

1. Once the participant has completed the nine modules within the Linkedin Learning platform 

2. Next step is go to the navigation bar click on the “Me” icon and chose my library menu

3. In the “My Learning” menu go down the navigation bar and choose “Learning History”

4. Select the three dots … at the end of the course title and click download certificate 

5. Download the  course certificates  to your computer

6. Click this link to our program quest google form and upload your certifications
