Title: How to Complete 9 LinkedIn Learning Modules

Objective: By the end of this module, participants will be able to complete 9 LinkedIn Learning modules using their library card, download course certificates and upload the certificates to the program quest google form.

Step 1: Login to LinkedIn Learning Platform

• Participants will login to LinkedIn Learning Platform using their library card credentials.

Step 2: Complete the 9 LinkedIn Learning Modules

• Participants will complete all 9 classes listed below on the LinkedIn Learning platform:

  • Learning LinkedIn

  • How to Organize Your Time and Your Life

  • Skilled Trades: Construction Apprenticeship Foundations

  • Skilled Trades: Resumes and Portfolios

  • Skilled Trades: Interviews

  • How to Rock an Interview

  • Business Etiquette: Phone, Email, and Text

  • Customer Service: Handling Abusive Customers

  • The Cure for Impostor Syndrome

Step 3: Download the Course Certificates

• Once the participant has completed the 9 modules, they will go to the navigation bar, click on the "Me" icon and choose the "My Learning" menu.

• In the "My Learning" menu, participants will go down the navigation bar and choose "Learning History".

• Participants will select the three dots "..." at the end of the course title and click download certificate.

• Participants will download the course certificates to their computer.

Step 4: Upload the Certificates to the Program Quest Google Form

• Participants will click on the provided link to the program quest google form.

• Participants will upload their downloaded course certificates to the form.

• The form will ask for the participant's name and the name of the completed class.

• Completing 9 LinkedIn Learning modules is a comprehensive process.

• Participants will need to login to LinkedIn Learning Platform using their library card credentials, complete 9 classes, download course certificates, and upload them to the program quest google form.
